Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DoctorParcha, a cloud-based clinic management platform operated by DoctorParcha Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including clinic administrators, doctors, receptionists, and patients.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DoctorParcha
- Clinics must be legally registered entities or individual practitioners with a valid medical registration
- By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete
- We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our sole discretion
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately at support@drparcha.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
- Each clinic account is for use by the registered clinic only — sharing accounts across unrelated clinics is prohibited
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Permitted Use
DoctorParcha is provided exclusively for lawful clinic management purposes, including:
- Managing patient records, appointments, prescriptions, and billing
- Generating GST-compliant invoices and receipts
- Communicating prescription information to patients via WhatsApp
- Analyzing clinic performance through the built-in reporting tools
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or networks
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the platform
- Impersonate any person, clinic, or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
Subscription & Payment
- Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription plan
- All subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
- Payments are processed by Razorpay in accordance with their terms of service
- Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the paid period unless manually renewed
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified 14 days in advance
- Non-payment or failed payment may result in temporary suspension of premium features
Prescription Credits
- Prescription credits are consumed each time a prescription is generated or sent via the platform
- Credits included in your subscription plan expire at the end of the validity period
- Credit pack credits do not expire and carry over as long as your account remains active
- Credits are non-transferable between separate clinic accounts
Medical Disclaimer
DoctorParcha is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions — including prescriptions, diagnoses, and treatment plans — are the sole responsibility of the registered medical practitioner using the platform. We assume no liability for clinical outcomes arising from the use of our platform.
Data Ownership
- Patient data entered into the platform belongs to the respective clinic and patient
- We process this data on behalf of the clinic (as a data processor) in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted
Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, content, and functionality of DoctorParcha are the exclusive property of DoctorParcha Technology Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
Third-Party Services
DoctorParcha integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments) and WhatsApp Business API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoctorParcha and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Errors or interruptions in service, including scheduled maintenance
- Actions taken by third-party payment or communication providers
Our total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@drparcha.com
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our support team first.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered clinic administrators via email at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
